John's Story
After graduating from Narbonne in 1994 I attended Cal State L.A. on a basketball scholarship. I played four years of Division II basketball and two years of Track and Field. I received a B.A. in Social Science with an emphasis in history.

o I continue to teach. I currently teach World and U.S. History at Maywood Academy High School, as well as being the head boys varsity basketball coach.
In my first year of coaching the varsity team we made playoffs for the first time in the school's history. I am very excited about our prospects for next year.
I currently live in Downey, California with my wife and son that is three years old. He is already up to my waist...I am still 6'5".
